Consultation & Booking Policy

This Consultation & Booking Policy applies to all project design reviews, mist diffuser placements, and on-site fragrance surveys coordinated by Vap in Love (Aroma Love Curation Sdn. Bhd.).
1. Initial Consultations
Submitting a project details form on our website is completely free of charge. No payment card or banking information is collected online. Initial conversations or basic studio visits do not require a booking fee.
2. On-Site Fragrance Surveys
For detailed physical on-site scent mapping and air flow layout measurements that require our specialists to visit a hotel lobby or commercial property, a survey deposit may be requested. This deposit is invoiced and settled directly with our office.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines
If a fragrance survey deposit has been paid, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled survey appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 24 to 72 hours will receive a 50% refund, or the full fee can be credited toward a rescheduled date.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
4. Custom Project Retainers
All commercial misting installation retainers, custom essential oil bulk supply terms, and regular diffuser maintenance contracts are governed by their respective individual design agreements and are independent of this website policy.
5. Requesting an Adjustment
